1. 30-Day Return Policy

At Serile Shop, customer satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return any physical product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or item exchange.

2. Return Eligibility & Product Condition

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original resellable condition.
• Items must include all original packaging, tags, and included accessories.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Labels

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Serile Shop will provide a prepaid return shipping label at zero cost to you. For standard buyer-remorse returns, customers cover the return shipping costs.

4. Zero Restocking Fees

We charge $0 restocking fees on standard returned physical items.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return parcel is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund is processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

6. How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at with your Order ID to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return warehouse address.
